Who We Are — Leadership
The people and structure behind MSKARD.
MSKARD is founder-led, with a defined operating hierarchy built for integrated delivery — depth in every capability, coordination across all of them.

From the Founder
Businesses don’t struggle for lack of specialists. They struggle in the spaces between them.
I started MSKARD on a simple observation: a growing business does not experience its problems one function at a time. A technology decision is a financial decision. A marketing promise is an operations commitment. A legal structure decides how fast you can move. Yet most businesses are forced to buy these capabilities separately — and pay for the seams.
MSKARD exists to remove those seams. We bring Technology, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Consulting together under one roof, with one team accountable for how they connect. Advisory when you need direction, execution when you need it built, and a structure designed to grow with you.
We are building MSKARD deliberately — capability by capability, relationship by relationship. If you are building something ambitious, I would like to hear what you are working on.

How MSKARD is organized.
A founder-led structure designed for one thing: delivering integrated work without silos. Capability leadership owns depth; the operations office owns coordination — so every engagement gets the right team, not the available team.
Founder’s Office
Vision, strategy and final accountability
Founder & CEO
Sets direction, owns key relationships and holds the integrated standard across every engagement.
Capability Leadership
Each capability office is led by a CXO with two Directors
Chief Technology Officer
Technology, products and engineering.
Chief Financial Officer
Finance, planning and business analysis.
Chief Marketing Officer
Brand, growth and market presence.
Chief Consulting Officer
Strategy, advisory and transformation.
Directors — two per capability office, leading practice areas and delivery quality.
Operations Leadership
The coordination layer of the firm
Chief Operating Officer
Owns firm-wide operations and delivery.
Chief Resource Officer
Owns talent, resourcing and team allocation.
Together they lead the PMO, Sales Officers and Operations teams.
PMO — Project Management Office
The engine of integrated delivery
Project Management Office
Allocates Managers and teams to each engagement according to the project and task — across all five capabilities.
Managers & delivery teams are assembled per engagement: the right people for the work, coordinated by the PMO, supported by Sales Officers and Operations.
- Teams are allocated by the PMO according to project and task — not locked to departments.
- Every engagement has one accountable owner, regardless of how many capabilities it touches.
- Leadership profiles are published with names only as verified biographies are approved.
Work with the leadership, not around it.
